Anne Schabacker is a licensed REALTOR® with LPT Realty in North Texas and Colorado. With over 20 years experience Anne has gained a deep understanding and extensive knowledge of the real estate and mortgage industries.  Originally a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist with her own mortgage company in California, Anne decided to broaden her horizons and has had a realtor’s license in California, Arizona, and currently holds a license in both Colorado and Texas. She has worked in all facets of the real estate industry from buying and selling private homes, investor rehab homes, and everything in between. Anne's tireless work ethic on behalf of her many clients helps keep them abreast of current events relating to their specific transactions and her attention to detail allows them to get the best possible outcome.  Anne’s vast knowledge allows her to  keep past, existing, and prospective new clients calling her for her advice on such things as housing trends, real estate market, interest rates, etc..

Anne has always been an advocate for her community. She was the President of the Board at the American Canyon Family Resource Center, the President and founder of the American Canyon Youth Alliance, and has also been on the board of directors of the Kiwanis Club and the Chamber of Commerce in American Canyon, Ca.

When Anne isn’t busy working with clients she enjoys spending time with her husband of 25 years, their two sons, and their three dogs. From golfing, fishing and boating on Lake Texoma, exploring the local area, to wine tasting at some of the local wineries, Anne spends what little free time she has with family and friends.
